Baldy settled down after Cheel left and surveyed the car driving by. The crazy photographer kept clicking and disturbing the forest peace. The kid in the car and Baldy, both looked equally bored, waiting for her and the mosquitoes to leave.
Baldy watched her get closer. Vacant stares and anticipation filled the air. Fidgetty feet whispered uncertain thoughts for both. “Quite an unnecessary dare!” said Baldy to himself.
The winged predator turned and glided swiftly away into the silently waiting trees. The photographer stood in awe, gratefully devastated.
